I wanted to share awesome news with you: two of my favorite artists, Peggy Dean of The Pigeon Letters and Dylan Mierzwinski, have just started a workshop on Skillshare. Over the next two weeks, Dylan and Peggy will tackle a difficult task in the life of a creative artist: developing your own style. This is something that I struggle with myself so it’s only natural that I was thrilled when I got wind of the workshop and couldn’t wait to share it with you!

I haven’t been active lately, neither on my website, nor on social media. But I have a good excuse that I’m sure will compensate for this… I’m actively working on a new Skillshare class series. The first class in the series is “Design Intricate Flowers from Simple Illustrator Shapes” where you’ll learn how to use basic Illustrator tools such as the shape tools: circles, lines, rectangles, the pathfinder tool to unite, intersect and exclude shapes and create beautiful intricate flower shapes, for illustrations or surface pattern.
